With just one phone call you can have access to over 1 million pounds of Truck and Trailer parts throughout the Southwest.

S A Trucks employ 15 front counter staff all trained to the highest MAN ERF requirements. They all use the latest Electronic parts Catalogue (Mantis) where parts can be quicly and easily identified, and with a direct electronic link to the main manufacturer's stock holding giving the highest parts availability possible. This ensures that the correct part is delivered first time, giving you, the operator minimum downtime.

Ten parts delivery vans based at Bristol, Exeter and Westbury are on hand to deliver parts to the Southwest operator twice a day, 5 days a week and by arrangement Saturday.

In an effort to support out customers in their quest to keep costs to minimum, S A Trucks have moved into the All makes market in a big way, with a dedicated 365 parts van on the road to deliver the All makes parts in an instant. The allready experienced parts team has been complimented by a recent recruitment of an All Makes specialist and a full time representative who can cost a complete trailer refurbishment on site.

S A Trucks holds £750k in MAN ERF parts and a further and increasing £100k in trailer parts, specialising in MERITOR, BPW and SAF to name but a few. This is backed up with a fitting service in our own workshops where our factory trained technicians can fit any part to any vehicle or trailer, this service cannot be matched by any parts factor.

With parts promotions on going all the time, not only with the MAN ERF product but also with trailer products, combined with the fully trained staff at all our branches this is proving to be a winning formula with our customers who have allready taken full advantage of this addition to our business.
